TERMS OF USE
Terms of use.
Last updated August 29, 2026
These terms cover the Send Lab website, Mac app, accounts, subscriptions, and optional publishing features.
By using Send Lab, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your media and projects
You own your footage, telemetry, Projects, and exported videos.
You allow Send Lab to process files at your direction on your device. If you choose to publish, you also allow it to send the selected export and metadata to that service.
You are responsible for the rights needed to edit or publish your media, including rights involving music, appearances, trademarks, locations, and other protected material.
Accounts and Send Lab Pro
Some features require Send Lab Pro. Current prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal dates, and taxes are shown before purchase. Those checkout terms apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel in the customer portal. Access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise.
Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your account. Device limits, offline grace periods, and feature availability may be enforced as described when you purchase.
Refund requests follow the checkout terms and applicable law. Contact support if something goes wrong.
YouTube publishing
If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and its Community Guidelines.
You control and are responsible for each upload, including its metadata, audience setting, visibility, and legal compliance.
Google and YouTube control availability, processing, quotas, channel limits, and platform decisions. A successful local export does not guarantee that YouTube will accept or publish it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Send Lab to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, defeat security or entitlement controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or access an account or system without authorization.
Software availability and warranties
Send Lab is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
Video processing depends on source files, storage, hardware, macOS media frameworks, and third-party services. Keep backups of important originals and Projects.
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or unavailable third-party services.
Total liability is limited to what you paid for Send Lab during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and termination
Send Lab may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes receive a new effective date and reasonable notice where required.
You may stop using Send Lab at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for a material violation, subject to applicable law. Your local originals remain yours.
