Why a subscription for a local Mac app?

GoPro firmware and macOS keep changing. The subscription pays for keeping import, export, and comparison working, and for support. Founder exists for riders who would rather pay once.

What happens when I cancel?

Send Lab returns to Free Mode. Projects stay readable and editable, original footage is untouched, and exported videos do not change.

Do I need a card to use Free Mode?

No. Free Mode needs no account and no card. A payment method is required only for the seven-day Pro trial.

What footage works?

Version 1 accepts GoPro MP4 files with embedded GPS, recorded with GPS on. It does not accept separately recorded telemetry files.

How many Macs?

Up to three at a time. Remove one from your account page and its slot frees immediately.
