What to include
- Your Send Lab version and macOS version.
- The camera model and whether GPS was on when you recorded.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
Do not attach private footage or diagnostic logs unless Send Lab support requests them and you choose to share them.
Activation and computers
Pro can be active on up to three Macs. See and remove them from your account page. Removing a computer frees its slot right away.
Adding heart rate
Open HUD → Heart rate → Attach heart rate data. Choose a .sendlab activity file recorded at the same time as your video. Files without overlapping readings or usable timestamps are rejected; choose a recording that matches the footage. Without attached data, the heart-rate display stays hidden. FIT, GPX, and CSV heart-rate imports are not supported in this Mac release.
Export problems
Choose a new filename and check that the destination and your Mac have enough free space. Cancelling an export keeps your Project and original footage. If a referenced video moved, use Locate video to reconnect it.
Mac compatibility
This release is for Apple-silicon Macs. Testing currently covers macOS 27.0.1; macOS 14 and 15 have not been tested. Intel Macs are not supported.
Disconnecting YouTube
In Send Lab, choose “Disconnect and delete access”. That asks Google to revoke Send Lab and removes the token from macOS Keychain.
If revocation cannot be confirmed, remove Send Lab in Google third-party access settings. This does not delete videos already on YouTube.
Deleting your account
Email sendlab.support@haunlab.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. Send Lab support may ask you to verify the account first.
Account and service data are deleted subject to legal, billing, security, and fraud-prevention obligations. Authorized YouTube API data is removed as soon as possible and within seven days of a valid request.
Files on your Mac
Footage, Projects, previews, exports, and local logs live on your Mac, not in your account. Deleting the account does not touch them.
